I can't put more than 3 stars, I received quickly the engraver but not all the product I buy with It in the package I ordered. And yesterday I contact the after-sales service because The ventilator break up. This situation let me try your After-sales policity et efficiency I'm wayting to see how it will evolve.
For the utilisation, the engraver is good but I must wait to continue to use it because of that problem

Vcelku jsem spokojen, až na pár detailů s komunikací a dodávkou zboží. Po 14 dnech stále nemám dodáno kompletní objednávku. Při objednání jsem nebyl informován, že objednávka dorazí ve 3 dodávkách (čekal jsem dodání v jedné zásilce). Při dotazů na stav zásilky trvalo několik dní, než jsem dostal odpověď a musel jsem opakovaně psát dotaz. Škoda těchto detailů, jinak by bylo vše super.
