I'm happy to report that I was able to buy a couple of bits and pieces of hardware that I needed for my laser via the online chat system.
The staff at the other end were brilliant. They guided me through the process very smoothly and introduced me to the payment system I'd not met before but also worked very well.
The package arrived in double quick time and contained everything I had ordered (and More)
I was very impressed also with what the parts cost, so much so that I had to keep asking if I owed any more money as surely all I'd paid for was the postage.
110% impressed.
