Graviermaschine Lasermodul Laser 24V10W mit Schutzhülle

I ordered the 10 watt output module kit to upgrade my TTS-55 system. It has made a dramatic difference in the amount of time it takes to produce a project vs. the old 5.5 watt module. Glad I purchased. I also previously purchased the air assist pump from Two Trees and it too has worked great. Very satisfied with my purchase. The estimate for delivery for the 10 W kit was 6-18 days. It arrived in 10 days.

We ordered this laser module to upgrade our TTS 5.5 machine so we could have more power to cut more types of wood.
The order arrived as was advertised but when trying to install it on our machine, we see that the new module works on 24 V where our existing system works on 12 V. Surely this is not compatible. We would appreciate it if someone from Two Trees contacted us to clear up this issue. As far as after sales service is concerned, up until now we cannot fault Two Trees, they always respond to our queries.
